    No Spaces
    Cannot be all Numbers
    Not Case Sensitive

Password Rules:

    8-20 characters
    Password cannot match User ID
    Case Sensitive
    Upper and Lower Case Allowed (not required)
    At least 1 Letter and 1 Number Required
    Special Characters Allowed
    No Spaces Allowed
    Cannot be an Easily Guessed Password

Secret Answer Rules:

    3-40 Characters
    Allow all letters, numbers and letter/number combinations
    Allow Spaces
    Remove leading and trailing spaces
    Only special character allowed is period (.)
    Not case sensitive
